TUR -= NAP Rules =- Part 1: Attacking or scouting NAP alliance's tiles, cities, and banners is prohibited unless explicitly stated for an event. Message R5 immediately if this occurs. During Fortress, Stronghold, and Facility events, all city attacks and scouts are strictly prohibited. Stronghold assignments will be given to the top 4 alliances based on dice roll results. Fortress assignments will be based on leaderboard rank, as rewards rotate and renew each season. -= NAP Rules =- Part 2: Non-NAP Cities: Attacks are permitted until the defending city has lost 10,000 troops; zeroing is prohibited to promote growth. (Note: Trolls are an exception.) NAP Members: Poaching is prohibited. If a NAP member wishes to switch alliances, they must first contact another NAP alliance for coordination. Discrimination, bullying, and harassment are strictly prohibited. Message R5 if this occurs. -= NAP Rules =- Part 3: Each main NAP alliance is permitted to have one academy and one farm alliance, totaling two subsidiary alliances. These subsidiary alliances are protected by the NAP, and attacks or scouts against them are therefore prohibited. NAP Reset: The NAP status is reviewed and reset on Sundays. Alliances may be added or removed by a majority vote. Decisions are made by majority vote.
